Born in north around 520 d.C., with the arrival of Bodhidharma
(Ta-Mo in Chinese, Daruma-Taishi in Japanese), which the creation
of the style is attributed, being the founder of the Chan Buddhismo
(Zen in Japanese)
The continuous travels of Buddha and the lightness of his spirit, has
inspired the style devise , focusing the main fulcrum on the legs,
makein'em lighter, and therefore softening our roots carrying to "
spiritual " elevation of the being.

With them we can be pushed to the high, to the sky, or be radicated to earth like a secular oak, giving off great force and beauty, finding a new way to look at the world, looking at it from the high and the low like a crane or a snake.
The Fut-Gar is a little known style and little handed on because it doesn't comprehnd the study of weapons, therefore it came incorporated from Shaolin monks, around 1850, in an other style of Buddhist origin which is the SIU-LAM-JOW.

The Fut-Gar is, for monks that still practice it, one true and own Buddhist prayer made with the body. With the 8 shapes it is composed, the primordial Shaolin " is expressed ". It is the one has allowed the reputation of " INVINCIBLE "
